Single Consultation

60 minute In-depth initial consultation, individualised based on individual symptoms and needs. Goal setting and treatment options discussed. Private HRT prescriptions can be provided at a cost or treatment recommendation for your General Practice.
You will be provided with a questionnaire to list your past medical history and medications; to complete prior to the consultation as I will not have access to your medical records.
HRT is not a one a size fit all and may often need changing therefore a 30 minute follow up appointment can be booked within 6 months at £35
Menopause 12 month Support

Because menopause is a transition and there is no quick fix and HRT is not a one size fits all. We have a 12 month support plan. Improving menopause symptoms and outcomes encompasses so many aspects of your health. Therefore ongoing coaching and goal setting is required to achieve the lifestyle changes required.
The plan includes an initial 60 minute consultation this includes a health improvement plan with nutritional guidance and exercise plans to improve your overall health tailored to you and your health needs taking into account your current health issues and lifestyle.
Followed up with 30 minute consultations monthly for 12 months to tweak any treatments or plans and promote concordance.
